The undersigned, an owner of record of the property identified below and a member of Highland Plantation Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”), hereby appoints , or, if he or she is unable to serve, , as the undersigned’s proxy, with full power of substitution (each, the “Proxyholder”).
The Proxyholder is authorized to attend, on the undersigned’s behalf, the special meeting of the members called pursuant to §2.3 of the Bylaws — including any adjournment, continuation, or rescheduling of it — and, while this proxy remains effective, any other annual or special meeting of the members at which any matter listed below is considered; to have the undersigned counted as present for purposes of establishing a quorum (Bylaws §2.11); and to vote the undersigned’s full membership vote as directed below.
Term; revocation. This proxy takes effect on the date signed below and expires eleven (11) months after that date unless revoked earlier (Bylaws §2.10). The undersigned may revoke it at any time by written notice delivered to the Secretary of the Association, by signing a later-dated proxy, or by attending the meeting and voting in person. This proxy supersedes any earlier proxy given by the undersigned and shall be filed with the Secretary of the Association.
